✅ Order Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

💰 Refund Policy:
- If your order is eligible for a refund due to cancellation, damaged item, or wrong product delivered, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Open unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong item received
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy:
- Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our end.
❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or without a proper unboxing video are not eligible for return or refund.
- Customized or used items are not eligible.
