At Best Digital Mall, we aim to provide complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@bestdigitalmall.com or contact us on +91 8780224422 with your order number.

💰 Refund Policy:

  • If your order is eligible for a refund due to cancellation, damaged item, or wrong product delivered, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Open unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of:
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong item received

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our end.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or without a proper unboxing video are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or used items are not eligible.
